How long does dehydrated fruit last?

Dehydrated fruit lasts 12 months from date of production, you can find the best before date on the bottom of the bag. We also recommend using the fruit within 6 months from opening the package, this is to ensure quality and freshness.

How do I store the fruit?

Storing the fruit in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight will extend the quality of the fruit. If the fruit is left in direct sunlight it will continue to oxidise and become darker. 

Will dehydrated fruit go soft?

Dehydrated fruit can go soft if left exposed to air and humidity - this will cause the shelf life of the fruit to decrease as once soft bacteria has the opportunity to grow. It is always best to keep fruit in an airtight container or our resealable bags.
